Jennifer Tucker is a career development specialist with over 25 years of experience coaching and helping individuals identify their personal strengths and career interests. She has worked with students in all aspects of career development including assessment and planning, employer research, resume writing, networking, interviewing and negotiating offers. She has conducted employer development, created and delivered career workshops and built content for a startup venture focused on professional athletes transitioning out of sport and into new careers. She has advised a broad spectrum of clients including undergraduates, business and law students and alumni, midcareer professionals and U.S. Olympic athletes.

Before joining the Graduate School of Management, Jennifer has advised students at University of Texas McCombs School of Business, UC Davis School of Law, USC Price School of Public Policy and Beloit College, and served as a campus recruiter for Deloitte Consulting. She holds an M.S. in student counseling and personnel services from Kansas State University and an A.B. in international relations from UC Davis.
